I’ve had Waychoff’s service for some time and have had cordial and knowledgeable service technicians. Hello- I would like to share my experience with the technicians that came out to troubleshoot an issue that has been going on with my AC unit that has been driving my electric bill from the mid $$$ hundreds to upwards of $$$ five hundred… He was very knowledgable, helpful, and cordial. I was very pleased with how he went about his work. Thank you both ! Update: Chris Hall did my annual service inspection today.
Scott patiently and clearly educated me as needed. The matter turned out to be some ignorance on my part and not a system issue. Scott arrived on time, well equipped, with a helpful attitude, and a wealth of exceptional knowledge. Update: This past Friday, I called Waychoff’s and spoke with Jasmine who was exceptionally courteous, understanding and helpful. My review is factual and the 5 star rating well deserved. I also had occasion to communicate with Waychoff’s office, and found Michelle as well as the others to be especially helpful and professional. I'm very proud of their finished work product. I considered the execution of the work and attention to detail to be exceptional.

The install was performed diligently, correctly, and without any issues. Install technicians, Omar and Willy arrived on time, and well equipped. He was a considerate gentleman, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Rick definitely gave us 5-star service and Waychoff's and Rick has customers for life with us. He also showed up right on time and wore a mask without me even asking.
He was super friendly, knowledgeable, courteous (he offered to go around the house so he didn't walk-through), communicative (he called when he was on the way and even followed up the next day). So, I feel like we got very good value for the money and our AC is still running great. He thoroughly went over everything he was going to do to get our AC system running again, and even recommended a budget-friendly strategy to prolong the life of our system. Thankfully Rick took all of the worry out of the situation. Thankfully we don't have to do home repairs very often, but that means when we do have something come up, it seems like a big deal to me or I get stressed about it. This review is overdue since Rick actually came out a few months ago, but he did such a wonderful job that I wanted to be sure to still put in a review for him.
